Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 28, 2026
Vanity Global Marketing ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through vanityglobalmarketing.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you use our contact form, we collect what you enter: your name, email address, and optionally your company, phone number, website, budget range, the services you're interested in, and your message.
Technical information. When you submit the form, we record your IP address and the time of submission to prevent spam and abuse. Our web host also keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and maintenance.
2. How we use your information
- To send you a one-time link so you can confirm your email address
- To respond to your request and prepare your free analysis
- To communicate with you about our services, if you've asked us to
- To protect the Site from spam, fraud and abuse
3. How your information is stored
We don't keep a database of form submissions on the Site. Your form details are encrypted inside the confirmation link sent to your inbox, and are delivered to our team by email only after you confirm. To stop abuse, we keep small anonymized counters (scrambled, not readable as your email or IP address) for up to 7 days.
4. Cookies and tracking
The Site does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google may receive your IP address when you visit. See Google's Privacy Policy for details.
5. Sharing your information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business (such as our web host and email provider), when required by law, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
6. Data retention
We keep inquiry emails for as long as needed to respond to you and manage any business relationship, and then delete them when they are no longer needed.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example, California, the European Union or the United Kingdom), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or get a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of marketing. To make a request, contact us through our contact form and mention "privacy request." We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
8. Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and encrypted confirmation links, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
9. Children's privacy
The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
10. International visitors
We are based in the United States. If you contact us from another country, your information will be processed in the United States.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
